    Director General (President)

Centro Acadêmico de Engenharia Civil "Marcus Vinícius Cavalcanti" (CAEC) · UEG

Dec 2005 election · two consecutive mandates

Re-established the extinct Centro Acadêmico de Engenharia Civil at Universidade Estadual de Goiás (Anápolis campus) as Director General of the elected "Chapa RECONSTRUIR" slate, serving two consecutive mandates. Led campaigns for a permanent CAEC headquarters ("Cantinho E-Civil"), a university cafeteria, and summer courses; authored governance documents (bylaws, election rules, meeting minutes); produced the Manual do Calouro freshman guide; designed the CAEC visual identity; and built and maintained a custom library system (Estante/PHP) for the CAEC book collection. During this period, also co-founded — alongside the department's academic coordination under Prof. Marcus Vinícius Silva Cavalcanti, after whom the CAEC was named — the AMEnC (Associação Minerva de Engenharia Civil), an umbrella student association operating at a higher organizational level than the CAEC, and the ComEnC (Comissão Permanente de Engenharia Civil), the standing committee that organized the annual SemanEnC engineering weeks; served as a ComEnC member across SemanEnC editions 3 through 6 (2005–2008) and authored the SemanEnC 5 PHP web-registration and certificate-generation system (2007); led engineering-extension activities in partnership with academic coordination. In parallel, served as the official web designer for the Civil Engineering department under a formal UEG subdomain contract, in partnership with GR InfoArt — built and maintained three independent web applications on engenhariacivil.ueg.br: a Joomla department portal, a separate Joomla CAEC site, and the Biblioteca/Estante system.
