  • Integrated P6 (XER), SAP, and InEight data into unified Power BI environments; automated executive dashboards cutting manual reporting effort by 20%.
  • Developed and deployed a fleet vehicle management system (reservation, checkout, safety checklists, maintenance alerts) for program operations — predecessor to the open-source Panorama platform.

  • Developed and implemented a compliance checklist for monthly invoices, ensuring CM firms' payments aligned with contractual obligations and deliverables.
  • Applied data-driven methodologies to strengthen budget controls, improve schedule management, and facilitate real-time tracking of project progress.
